- Valid passport for 3 months from the return date.
- One original typed application form duly filled and signed with a blue ball-point pen by the applicant. A photo should be pasted/stuck on the form and the visa form must include the applicant’s email address and telephone number.
- Two latest photographs (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) with the head centered in the frame and 80% face visible.
- Covering letter from the Indian company mentioning the passenger’s (pax) designation, date of joining and salary. If the passenger is doing business, then the Indian company registration copy is required. If the passenger is a partner in the company, then a partnership deed copy is required.
- Invitation letter from Spain in Spanish language.
- Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.
- If working, salary slips for the last 6 months.
- Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
- Original personal bank statement for the last 6 months. The balance should be equivalent to or above €589.68 per person for the minimum stay. For longer stays, applicants need to show approximately €65.52 per day per applicant with bank seal and signature.
