Host ID copy attested by Commissioner of Oaths required (latest 3 months for Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Goa, Pune, and Bangalore).
- Reference/introduction letter from Indian employer stating applicant’s name, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. Must include physical address, contact details, and authorized signature with name and designation.
- Vaccination certificate (Yellow Fever) if traveling through or staying in a yellow fever zone.
- Valid flight ticket OR proof of reservation.
