- Swiss Schengen visa application form duly filled and signed by the passenger (pax) as per the attached form.
- Original covering letter from the company on company letterhead addressed to The Swiss Embassy, New Delhi with seal and signature.
- Invitation letter from Switzerland on company letterhead addressed to The Swiss Embassy, New Delhi.
